Now that we turned the calendar to a new year, it’s time to start thinking about Spring Break plans if you haven’t already. Over the next few weeks, I’ll be sharing some ideas about fun Spring Break trips for families.
We’ll start the series off at the most magical place on earth, Walt Disney World. The Walt Disney World resort has so much to offer no matter what time of year you choose to visit. With the recent opening of Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge now more than ever is the perfect time to experience all of the magic that a Walt Disney World vacation has to offer. Spring is an especially good time because temperatures tend to be a bit more pleasant in the spring, but it’s still warm enough to enjoy the pool and water parks!
In addition to all of the year ’round fun that Walt Disney World has to offer, Spring brings some special fun to Epcot with the annual Flower and Garden Festival. Beautiful topiaries, delicious flavors and the Garden Rocks concert series highlight this amazing event.

This year’s event runs from March 4 – June 1, making Spring Break the perfect time to experience this amazing festival. You can find a list of topiaries and exhibits here and a list of the Garden Rocks concert line up here. Menus for the food booths haven’t been released yet, but I will be sure to update this post when they do. The small plates and beverages offered around World Showcase really add another layer of fun to the festival!
Experiencing the Flower and Garden Festival is something every Disney goer should experience, but with all that it has to offer, it’s not just for those who love Disney. It truly has something to offer everyone! I would love to help you plan your Spring Break Walt Disney World vacation.
